Welcome to Takimon, a service provided by STREAMITY LTD. These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are a binding agreement between you and STREAMITY LTD (referred to as "Streamity", the "Company", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms outline the rules and conditions for using our website(s), product(s), bot(s), and related services (collectively, "Takimon" or the "Services"), and include our Privacy Policy.
By using or accessing our Services, you agree to (i) be at least 13 years old and meet the minimum age required by the laws in your country, (ii) if you are of legal age in your jurisdiction, that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and the Privacy Policy, and (iii) if you are a minor in your jurisdiction, that your legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to the Terms and Privacy Policy. Using the Services is permitted only within the scope of what they are intended for, under these Terms and applicable law. By accessing the Services, you agree not to:

The Services include assets owned by © Yanako RPGs LLC, used under license. Ownership and intellectual property rights of these assets remain with Yanako RPGs LLC. Users are granted no additional rights beyond those required to play and experience the game.
To ensure optimal performance, we may interrupt the Services for maintenance at any time, with appropriate notification. Streamity also reserves the right to terminate the Services entirely at our discretion. In the event of termination, we will assist users in retrieving personal data as required by law. The Services may also be unavailable due to factors beyond our control.
Prices, descriptions, and availability of products are provided in the relevant sections of the Services and may change without notice. While we strive for accuracy, representations on the Services (including images, colors, and sounds) are for reference only and do not guarantee the characteristics of any product. Detailed product characteristics are outlined during the purchase process.
Basic functionality of the Services is free, but certain products and services may require payment ("Paid Services"). The fees, duration, and conditions for purchasing Paid Services are described in the relevant sections of the Services. Prices may not include applicable taxes, which will be detailed during the purchase process.
All payments for our Paid Services are processed through Discord's integrated shop system. Your payment information is securely handled by Discord, and we do not store or access this information. By making a purchase, you agree to comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Paid Services Terms. For billing inquiries or disputes, please contact Discord Support.
We do not guarantee refunds or credits for fees already paid for the Paid Services, including in the event of termination or cancellation of the Paid Services. If your access to the Services gets terminated or suspended for any reason, this does not entitle you to a refund. Refunds may be denied for any reason at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to change our refund policy at any time.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR AVAILABLE WITHOUT INTERRUPTIONS OR IMPERFECTIONS. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. THESE DISCLAIMERS APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STREAMITY WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR GOODWILL, SERVICE INTERRUPTION, COMPUTER DAMAGE, OR SYSTEM FAILURE, OR THE COST OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL BE LIMITED TO ONE HUNDRED EUROS (€100).
You agree to indemnify and hold Streamity harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from or related to your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your agreement to the new Terms. If you disagree with the changes, please stop using the Services.
